We are looking for a great person anywhere in the US (Portland, OR preferred) to design and build our Community of Practice national network of CIT projects from inception to launch to growth and success.
Community Investment Trust Feasibility Study Intern.
This project is to review, evaluate and improve the Feasibility Assessment workflow and tools focusing on the CIT Community Mapping and Property Evaluation Toolkits. These tools will be used as part of the CIT Replication and Implementation Package for the CIT across the United States.
Community Investment Trust Governance Research Intern.
This project is to research and assist in developing and designing a Governance Training Package and Guidelines of the CIT Governance. These governance documents are intended to be the source for CIT replicators to organize and manage their CIT with the goal of guiding practices and learning for a community-led board of directors.
